Because in New Zealand we have free health care.. & .. free accident cover . ACC - .means - free broken bone repair to all overseas visitors also..!!!

It's prob 'at your own risk', or something like that. And there might be a law over there that incorporates common logic/ risk knowledge on beforehand. We also have such a rule/law. Or do you mean that they sue them because their are breaking their equipment, that could maybe be a thing indeed But it is for sure a whiplash in the making haha. Or at least a few broken bones

You wonder why it's so expensive to go on a luge??? These guys. Damage to property and ACC levies. Coming across a group like this also means you're going to have a very slow run and not enjoy the experience. Socks for 90% of customers who just want to try something new.
