In fact, the company is rolling out multiple new programs that benefit every employee at the company. These new employee benefit programs came as a direct result of Mr. Arquilla's experiences on Undercover Boss. You are a very sad individual. I suggest you get your own life together before trying to bring down everyone else with your cynical outlook.
