A long time ago, I made a rotisserie leg of lamb recipe that blew my mind. Now, I am back at it again trying to recreate that very same recipe! Marinating a whole leg of lamb in a garlic, beer and herb marinade, we will cook this hunk of meat over the flames until tender and delicious.
