When I was a kid I did a bit of club racing . One bank holiday at Snetterton we had the shell oils super cup . I spent nearly every minute in the Norton garage having a laugh and joke with the mechanics 2 amazing black bikes . He help me with my bike as well good people back then .(i had a rd 350 ).nice bikes . I wondered where they went .

Thanks for the comment. Four of these machines are at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, If your in the area pop in & see them, Are you still a biker/racer?

Still loving my bikes . Not a racer any more 😢. Love my 80s bikes . That's all we used to do . We paid £15 for a weekend pass at LeMons followed a local bike shop over they were taking part . Sat above the pits . Can't do that now . Sat with David Thorpe in his motohome at the British gp moto cross . That's not the half of it . Bikes and tents all over .❤

@@mattgb.is1dave150 I competed in AMCA motox (scranbling) during the 70's, remember Dave Thorpe as a schoolboy rider, you could tell he was something special. Rode pre 65 moto x during 80's. 70 now & still riding (Hinkley Bonnie) & making average KZread stuff for fun. Ride safe Matt & thanks again for the comments.
