I've watched both your part1 and part 2 videos. Very helpful! With all that checking out, have you run into any units that have short bursts of power to the rear tires but then it cuts out and you hear buzzing from under the seat?

On some models, it will do that if Voltage in batteries is too low... So, test your batteries first before suspecting any other parts
