The traditional Bosnian-Serbian ballad "Rosna Livada". From the spring concert "Vitae" at Kulturkirken Jakob in Oslo, April 27th 2024.
"Rosna Livada" can be translated to "Dewy Meadow" and tells the story of a woman mourning the loss of her beloved in war. In this version, her sorrow is translated into anger, with a furious outcry directed towards the "evil forces."
The arrangement is based on a version by the amazing Polish vocal group Laboratorium Pieśni.
