    Great video mate kits look strong and healthy which is good. Those two coloured Hobs are pukka looking. Real nice markings 👍🏻

    Great video, do you ever have a problem with your ferrets chewing the balls in the ball pit? Mine are chewing them just concerned about swallowing bits of the plastic

  • @ruralpestcontrol

    @ruralpestcontrol

    3 жыл бұрын

    Thanks 👍. They do bite them, cause a lot of the balls are covered in bite marks, and I often find them in the nest box. I not noticed any that have been chewed to the point where they are eating them. If you are concerned they are eating the plastic the only things I can suggest is that you take the balls out or replace the balls with hard ones that they can't bite or chew.

    Hi brilliant video we lost two more kits, now have 2/6 left both boys There now 4week & a day old they have started eating on there own so hopefully they should be ok, the other kits just dropped the weight rather than putting on! Could be because it’s my jills first time being a mum! Look forward to your next video

    You may need to wait til they're in season and the testicles are visible. Your best asking your vet to be certain

    Hi I have a 2year old hob and am wanting to get another hob kit. I'm just wondering if I will need to get them both castrated for when it is mating season? Been searching on Google and only mentions about if there are Jill's. Thank you

  • @ruralpestcontrol

    @ruralpestcontrol

    You can either seperate them when they are in season or get them both castrated. If you keep them together while complete they will try and mate each other.

  • @ruralpestcontrol

    @ruralpestcontrol

    3 жыл бұрын

    I don't have any vids on that. All ferrets are different, so what might work with one won't work with another. If you have two hutches, try swapping the ferrets over so they can smell each other in the others hutch without them being present. Also hold you can try holding one up to the others wire, so they can see and smell each other.
