Mama bear Greek yogurt 0% fat free and you can purchase it from Costco in tubs. You can add any fresh fruit pieces. Personally I add blueberries. Hope it helps. Roshni ji shopping is cheaper than theropy so keep it up .. ♡

Greek yoghurt is the healthiest don’t go according to what the labels say fat free yoghurts are healthier which they are not the good stuff just gets taken out and loaded with more bad stuff instead try Greek yoghurt with berries on top like strawberries blueberries black berries raspberries they are the healthiest fruit and also tasty too👍🏻 and try rolled oats with flax seeds and chia seeds also can add cinnamon to your choice tastes good but I prefer having eggs for breakfast with wholewheat bread but the main thing is cut out the sweet the processed and the fried food and drink loads of water it will take time but you will feel better also try eating a little bit of dark chocolate 70% atleast and you will feel more satisfied more energetic and also it’s really a good alternative to normal chocolate I can go on and on lol

Please do check if there is gelatine in some of these yogurt.

Eat homemade yogurt look at the added sugar not good to eat store bought if u want slice strawberries or dress it up with berries n honey if u want it little sweet and shredded almond flakes

What’s everybody’s favourite cornetto or ice cream lollies. Since I’ve seen these last year cornetto 99 flake 99 I have been buying these ever since they have them at farm foods food warehouse .At the moment they are on offer at food warehouse for A box of 4 for £2.50 a box

Ski yogurt and some other yogurt are not suitable for vegetarian. Magnum is also not suitable as it contains Alcohol only mint magnum ok

I wanna gain weight as well and I couldn’t gain at all for last 35 years I’m same. Any suggestions plz?
