The "body you speak of is a remnant , that is it is left over after our thoughts have worked and left this this unresolved ....aspect" , and so it is the first and most important of what you refer to as objects isn't it and yet even in this , it is ?

What is there left to learn , from a small child prior to the development of this self consciousness ( ego centerdness) , a smile , an action, a look , we are transported again to the Infinite , Life is good , why do you call me good ? God Alone ....Is good , "God?"

Yes the breathe is important , may be to add we panic on being born because prior to this we survived without breathing isn't that remarkable Mr Harada, and then we are suddenly shocked into the air and MUST breathe , shallow breathing will eventually lead to sick Chi and illness, Yes but for advanced beings breathe suspension is quite natural and actually NOT harm full as well as you quite correctly say deep full lung breathing when we have finished our task , I remember diving to the bottom of the pool to fit my lung ,sorry to be critical to one who is so old and venerable ! Oh wow does it feel great when you surface to breathe more fully , especially in Mother nature eh ..... God Bless and go well R
