There will never be a actor like him he is amazing fantastic Charlton Heston,9 them films will always be classics
The best actor of all time. His epic movies are a joy to watch over and over again .I never tire of any of his films. But Ben Hur will always be my favourite. He is a lovely man off screen as well as on screen. Always polite when being asked for his autograph I know because I have his autograph. Sadly he is not with us today but he will never be forgot.
Had the great honour, & privilege of meeting Mr Charlton Heston, & his lovely wife, Lydia, many, many times. They were THE most down-to-earth folk I’ve ever met in my long life. They’re both gone now. May they Rest In Peace……

I had the opportunity to meet Charlton Heston at a film festival. We spoke for a couple of moments and besides thanking him for entertaining us all through the years, I told him he was the reason I got into acting then stunts. That was definitely one of the highlights of my life.

I've always loved his movies & he didn't rubber stamp the leftist agenda like most of hollywood does today. He actually believed & fought for individual liberty as a Staff SGT. in the Army Air Force during WWII. He was also an outspoken advocate of our Constitution by marching in the civil rights movement & standing up for the 2nd Amendment. We love and miss you brother.

Wow, absolutely fantastic interview. That was so prophetic. Now in 2021, Charlton Heston would not be surprised at all. Thank you to Roseanne for the show. Humble as Mr. Heston was, he was courageous as a man of Godly virtue and true in his beliefs despite his Hollywood surroundings. RIP Charlton Heston and may God reward him in bringing many to God through his story telling. Only he could inspire like he did.

Rosanne certainly is an intelligent woman, and I, like her, would have wanted to meet Mr. Heston, it's interesting how she was so supportive of his point of view, as he was such a staunch Republican ,and I'm pretty sure she's Democrat.

It's fun how interested she is in politics, and of course she later ran for President on a third-party line.
My brothers gave me my nick name "Chuck" after Charleton Heston. Can't believe Roseanne actually got him on her show. Just wow!

I can´t even believe that the SNL crew got him into that show either!
Everybody talks of Ben-Hur, Planet of the Apes or The Ten Commandments... but Heston did other very entertaining films, like El Cid, The War Lord, Major Dundee, The Far Horizons, The Naked Jungle, Touch of Evil or 55 days at Peking... even had small interesting roles in The Buccaneer or The Big Country. The other day i catch on TV a small western film i didn´t knew existed, called Will Penny and i think it was one of the best Heston performaces!

It's fun listening to him talk. Not all actors are interesting when they express their opinions. Then he has to go and spoil it all with that idiotic, "I still think America is the greatest country on Earth"... Still, I'll allow for the fact that this is an old interview from a time when the US wasn't quite so busy intimidating other nations. You want to make America great again? Cut the propaganda.
Roseanne is few conservative actress in Hollywood liberals.
So do talk show hosts promote their political stance, or is that why she was canceled? I don’t watch television.
