You see a car there. You ring the door. No answer. You take one good look at the car, and then you know. You wonder why *she* is here. It’s his ex. In shock, you open the door, and see no one is downstairs, you walk up the stairs, and see them kissing. You scream, painfully, disgusted, you slam the door and run away. You throw a rock at her window. There goes the alarm. You run farther, crying. You can’t take it anymore, out of breath crying, in the middle of the streets at 11:43 pm, your heart is broken, hate to see him with someone new, you can feel the pain, wonder if he can too. Your pouring your eyes out in the middle of no where, cars are passing, people are staring, you don’t care. At this moment in time, when your love is gone, nothing matters, the world falls.

I used to listen to this months ago when I was depressed after heartbreak. I would lay on my bed feeling empty inside and rethink my situation and life with once someone. Just laying there empty and transparent, there was no hiding how I felt when I was alone and listening to some music that endorsed my feeling of depression and anxiety. Sometimes just being here is enough to feel uncomfortable and exhausted. You don't know where to go or who to be. In the end the puzzle will always rearrange itself to fit the needs of wherever you lead yourself in life. Even if you make a bad choice, everything will inevitably align with your new route and therefore create a sustainable path for yourself to move on and grow from the past. -June 2023 me
