To be a C- tier, you have to support B4 consistently, if Rosé couldn't support a B4, she would never support a C5 once. So stop staying she's still a D+ tier, why do you continue to deny that Blackpink can improve???? She's now a C-. The same thing for Jennie, now that she can support an A4 consistently she's a Dtier vocalist.

To be a low A you don’t need to support B4 consistently, there’s vocalist from low A who only have Bb4 like Sullyoon, Yves. Personally don’t agree with Rosè being low A or High W - A but lettering tiers aren’t valid.

Jisoo is -E/E low/mid umderdeveloped. Supported range : G3/G#3~F#4 (shallow) I wont count her G4 because that gets very tensed And its shallow supportes so yes Jisoo is -E/E Lisa F+/-E she supported one note in tally
