The PGA TOUR heads to Charlotte, North Carolina this week for the Wells Fargo Championship at Quail Hollow Club - site of the 2017 PGA Championship and 2022 Presidents Cup. This is the sixth signature event of the season, which features an elite field of 69 players. Rory McIlroy returns this week to a place where he’s had plenty of success. He’s claimed three victories here (2010, 2015 and 2021), as well as five top-10s. He enters this week with momentum after winning the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with Shane Lowry two weeks ago. Wyndham Clark will also tee it up as he looks to become the first player to win back-to-back here. This was Clark’s first win on TOUR, and he has claimed two more titles since that victory - including the U.S. Open. Xander Schauffele will also be in Charlotte this week as he hopes to secure his first win. He finished second here in 2023 and claimed T25 or better in 10 of 11 events this season. Others to look out for are Max Homa, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa and Tommy Fleetwood.

Have I not watched golf in a while? I have never seen a live interview with a player walking to their next shot. I imagine most players are laser focused, but hearing Rory talk us through his shot process is incredible.

Definitely a cool new concept. I think they first started doing this about 1-2 years ago. CBS is the one that came up with the idea too, just don’t think they should try doing it during majors which I know they did at the masters last year I think.

Pretty spectacular camera and production. Wonderful interview. Well done all.
That walk down the fairway with Rory is great, exactly what the sport needs.
@1:32 legit thought there was a mark on my phone screen. 😂
When Rory has momentum and is having fun this guy is unstoppable his game is already developed it's all mental now
they can say it again and again and again, but nothing will be funnier than "HEY TIGER, LIGHT THE CANDLE"
"Light the candle!!"
Amazing, we feel so intimate as if we are in the course and moment from the screen at home....
New to golf here. Why do some crowds yell “mashed potatoes?”

Why didn’t you show 16 and 17? There’s no excuse not to.
Who's the guy in the lead? It's not McIlroy.
Only Jack received this kind of respect and love from the golf fans. Tigger not so much and man is he jealous.
Its a damn shame hes been majorless for a decade

As a rory fan yeah same but if he keeps playing the way he's been playing recently, he's definitely going at least 2 more.
Rory needs a green jacket I’m positive he will become one of the greatest golfers tho Scottie will not make it easy on anyone to claim world 🌎 no 1
“Baba booey!” 😂
Why does Rory Mcllory not birdie the par 5s that’s how Tiger won so many titles
