@@streamer8633 The game converts all of your money on a stage into XP. It takes a while to drain it all, but it doesn't start the final teleporting animation until you've been at 0 money for a few seconds. If you gain money at the end it'll reset, so avoid killing enemies and just dodge while you're teleporting to save time

When I saw you go through a wall and back for the boss I had flashbacks to learning about parallel dimensions in Super Mario 64

it takes me 7 minutes to get through stage one, let alone the whole game, really impressive

@@itskxrda7080 All three difficulties are references to rainfall. A drizzle is a very slow, soft rainfall, almost like a mist. Rainstorm is, well, rainstorm. And a monsoon is, well, again, a monsoon.

We deliberatly leave some acheivments unlocked in order to ensure that we don't get equipment items in bazaar. This means that we get all the required lunar items.

Im new to this game and have only beaten it once but that was sooo cool to watch

I love the older lunar golems so much and miss them. Fun speedrun!

If someone hadn’t mentioned the crowdfunded strat, I would have suggested black hole since combined with gasoline it would shred. How do you locate the teleporter so fast? Is there something that predetermines it’s spawn or a method of locating it other than the particles?

He uses a specific seed the moment he drops into Titanic plains which is why he gets sent to Distant Roost. Just learned the route on this seed since this is any% and not seedless

This is a seeded speed run, so he already knows maps and teleporters. But typically the teleporter will spawn opposite of where you spawned. The teleporter also isn't as random as you think, theres certain places it'll actually spawn, but within a range. So the spot it could spawn could be bigger than the teleporter, but theres typically only a few locations it'll go

How are you able to time the ballista shot to skip 3rd phase? I know there's the frame where he's killable, but I've only ever done it with items like Kjaro's. I noticed you also skipped 3rd phase in the loader run on a newer version of the game

It gives a speed boost and is useful for maneuverability. Also we stack lots of speed items. Loader does not work well with wings, and either way tether works better. Loader also benefits from other equipment items.

Pressing space during wings gives u a slight boost in the direction u move, paired along with several whips paired with an energy drink and a couple hooves and huntress’ several blinks

I personally don't have any issues with it being drizzle and with artifacts, but I've seen many impressive any% runs with the current version. Don't get me wrong, still an amazing run.

Commencement is a linear walk to Mithrix, there's no defending the land site in the escape sequence the game just ends as soon as you reach it

No stipulation in the game rules on what version. Just do it fast. If you find a better version for fast, do it.

Soul wisps have a drop rate of 0, so they can't be used to get items.

The run is done on a random seed. I find the teleporter by looking around for the particles or the horns as I move through the stage with adjustments based on what Info I gather.

This run is done on an earlier version of the game which doesn't have the spaceship charging sequence. The verification part of the video is to comply with the rules on SRC, which state that submissions must show footage of the previous/next run to make sure the run wasn't seeded.

Iirc soda gives you a 16% increase in speed and hooves gives you 10. Hooves are better for momentum purposes since it makes you fast even without sprinting. But since he's speed running he'll always be sprinting lol

@@crazygamecrafter8830 unless I'm missing something in the speed calculation, you will always require +1 hooves compared to edrinks to have more speed, but this is post anniversary update. Considering this run is before anniversary, before edrink got buffed to stack better, hooves would've been the right choice.

It's for noobs. Drizzle is very easy, like crazy easy. Honestly, I think they should add a difficulty between drizzle and Rainstorm. Drizzle gives you 1.5x health regen, half the difficulty scaling, and halfs all damage taken, that's just too much imo

This is a cheated run cuz how come they had everything unlocked for huntress but never even got the multi kill achievement before and plus if had such great skill in speed running the game he should have already done many runs before but in this run he had gotten the 5 lunar items achievement just then.
