Im pretty sure Trevor used to rope my mother's mail box back in the late 90s, she had it all done up like a holstein cow in Krum TX, I used to have a rope that was left on it after my dad reinforced it lol... Rodeo legend!

A lot of my charro friends team rope and beast at it too. Being able to trick rope just makes u a better roper I believe.

I can’t believe people don’t rope backwards, we did it when I was a kid to rope horses. The horses could see a standard loop coming and duck, by throwing backhand over the top, the loop lands flat on the top. We were butterfly and around the world roping when I was 8 , that was a couple of years ago……

Wish they’d do a trick roping competition I’ve seen other pro ropers that can trick rope also. Trevor is legit with a rope that’s for sure

Have you ever even been in Texas? A whole lot of the state isn’t just scrub brush and dry heat you know. All of Mid East, north east, south east, and east Texas is GREEN and lush all year

What rope are they using and what ropes are easier? Head rope or heal rope etc.

i think healings easier since the header would have already slowed it down by the time you go for a shot.. and you can get the lariat ropes at just about any farming place or online.
