You know what’s so ironic about Usher is that he came up in an era where everyone was great!! Usher’s only competition we’re women. There was no men on his level of artistry besides MJ and maybe R.Kelly in terms of mainstream success. Usher sat with other elites Brandy, Monica, Aaliyah, Destiny’s Child, Mya etc. Usher has that overall star factor which makes him the best male performer of his generation & the king of R&b in my opinion. He has the look, the moves, the sound, & the reputation. Beyond the music, he carries himself like a true gentleman. You rarely hear anything negative about him and that speaks volumes. For him to have a career last over 25yrs and yet he still remains a class act. He’s well decorated, sold millions, diamond album, Grammys. Come on now! Put some respect on Usher’s name! 🙌🏽👏🏽👑

I love I'm also but most was in the news for cheating on Chili with TLC. Also allegedly for herpes. Despite the drama, I would choose Chris Brown over him. Both have great voices and Can Dance. Chris Brown was the best dancer.

@lotusphoenix8 Obviously, there was a typo because my comment started with "I love." I was referring to Usher . That was his props! . I have a right to my opinion. Furthermore, to place him in 3rd place is ridiculous ( IF it was talking about singing), especially when Luther Vandross was still performing! Just like I could have scrolled past, you could have with mine. And @nikeshammarow, you're right. Tevin was out then and was great. YES!!! Luther had the vocals since the 70s. I love them all.
