Love the overviews. I have Tokyo Ghost and am getting Deadly Class in TPB. I think Deadly Class is one of the best. Was born in the 70's but most of my memories were from the 80's. Want to try Low because I love the Remender/Tocchini team from The Last Days of American Crime. Just wasn't sure about the premise. Been trying to cut back on what I get but between your recommendations and Comics Guide 101's praise of Thor God of Thunder. So much to read so little time!

I agree with Comic Guide 101, Thor GOT is amazing

There is a new "remastered" edition of Black Science hardcover v1 coming later this year, presumably with a proper binding.

Awesome video, I was going to give up on Tokyo Ghost. I got Vol 1 and it didn't keep my interest, but I'm glad I stayed with it! I will try Deadly Class next.

Great video as always, Omnidog! I've been reading LOW in TPB since it came out and love it. I've been putting off Black Science and Tokyo Ghost, but on my list. Deadly Class, one of my favorite series to date, again I'm reading it in TPB. Love it to the bone! #80sKids Big love, watch you soon. :)

Where would you rank your Rick Remender books as far as worth rereading? Which ones would you recommend as must buys?

wow, great question. I haven't finished Low or Black Science yet so it's hard to answer objectively. Although I've loved what I've read of them so far, I think my fave is still Deadly Class

I've got the Fear Agent hardcovers. They're beautiful and amazing but good Lord are they big! Almost too big really. If you aren't reading them on a table then your arms must be huge.

In my hardcover book one of Low, the pages completely separated from the glue and the red inner binding section. Is this bad? Is this normal? I bought it new and read it once. Great book, in any event. I just hope it doesn’t fall apart.

some of those early Remender oversize books had binding problems, Black Science had a completely new printing put out for #1.I'm sorry this happened to you, it sounds fairly commom with first printings of these books

Just read Tokyo Ghost for week one of social distancing. It feels like first two issues were drawn with more detail and coloring than latter half of the series. Anyone else notice this?

Yh same. I absolutely HATE glued binding unless it’s a normal sized manga volume but with a book this big, glued binding ain’t gonna cut it

Remender's xforce run is truly god tier. If I was stranded on an island and had to choose between it and Claremont's ENTIRE xmen run....I might take the xforce, it's THAT good.
