9s on a Les Paul feels fine, but I wouldn’t have looser tension than that except for special tunings I suppose; thick strings are harder to play though sometimes they sound better.

I still say he was heavily under utilized in bodom. I wouldn't have accepted alexi's condition where he plays all the solos no disrespect to alexi by any stretch but i wouldn't ask a seasoned veteran like roope to join and make him a rhythm guitarist

Рупе разве сильно бухал? Вроде бы в те времена, когда в группе был - не особо, а потом начал после увольнения

@@ianmilaschenkow5631 как раз таки во времена в группе он Адово квасил, туры угары. Ведь по началу бухали все - особенно Алекси, а потом Руупе просто продолжил сильнее.

@@Voodeville о, я не знал... Я ещё мелкий был, когда слушал их, тогда по немногим видео, что тогда лежали в Ютубе и вкшечке складывалось впечатление, что главный алконавт среди них Алекси, а Рупе чуть ли не "рассудительный папаша трезвенник" эдакий

Not the first time I hear that Roope’s action is high as hell. I wonder if it’s because he used to play classical guitar? Looking for more information on his setup - too bad I can’t find much more since he’s gone awol
Roope is a bigger drunk then Alexi!
