Thank you so much 😊
Loved the way you picked the colors for this. I have just finished it and it looks not bad for an amateur like me. I will be doing your second page soon. Enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

Beautiful as always Julie. I love that you don’t need a lot of pencils to get the beautiful effect❤
This reminds me of illustrations in vintage children's books - and I mean that in the very best way possible! Thanks for sharing.

Excellent work!.
This is so pretty 🥰
I so love how you know you don’t need a voiceover when you articulate through action and notes. Thanks for all the tips you give us mere mortals 🙏 Do you always use white to blend or do you sometimes use the Prisma blender pencil?

I am trying to figure out how I should use the dashes, dots and broken lines in Johanna 's coloring books. Thanks for any help.
Your coloring is simple but beautiful. Do you have a color palette you use or just use what you want(

Yes just following my instinct and try some colors on a piece of paper to see if they match ☺️
How did you learn your amazing technique? It is truly remarkable. I love your videos!

Coloring for about 14 years now, found my own techniques on the way 😉 thank you so much 😊
I miss the colorless blender, the white makes it look dull and not alive

I noticed that most with the stopper in the 3rd bottle from the left. All the rest she used the white with seemed to have a good affect. I have started using my white in the same way in certain cases.
Am I the only one who tries to recreate and it never looks as good On a side note I have dark brown dark umber and terracotta and a reddish brown can I use those instead?

Of course
I’m doing same you are her lol
Sloppiest colorist ever. The best use of Julie's videos is simply to pick base colors. Beyond that, she will never show you any technique except bad technique. And she'll certainly never teach you how to layer or blend color. And yet, there's still something to her work that will guide you... to a far superior work than what she's shown you. That just may be the point of her videos. Weird. But fun. Make no mistake. I appreciate her videos. Her base-color selection can make you think when applied to color combinations. I simply prefer applying better technique, shading and blending to my own work.
