you can use "li mian" please note: mama zai chufang li里 zuofan。 zher li离 xuexiao buyuan。 lǐ里：inside lí离: away from

both sentence are correct. But usually the translation for “there be” sentence we use "you" structure shafa qianmian you yige dianshi.

both are ok. But we are more used to say 书架上有很多书。
