Right random story once I was at a party and someone tried sitting next to me but they dropped their orange juice on my cargos and they were like “ I am so so sorry” and I started laughing my head off and then the whole party started laughing so instead of being embarrassed make a joke out of it and my mum didn’t pick me up after 😔 I had to wear wet pants for an hour

Idk if this is the right story to tell, but anyway, when I was in the 4th grade, I had a panic attack, and at that time, I was very sick. My doctor told me that I might get pneumonia, so yea. Back to the school thing. I was in the classroom having a panic my classmates noticed, and they told the teacher. The teacher told them: 'she's just being DrAmAtIc.' But when the teacher looked at me, she saw I was having a panic attack and then sent me to the office. So the office did literally NOTHING. So yeah. And then we went home with me, trying to calm down and manage. But I didn't tell my mother at that time because I didn't know how to really talk to anyone. And I still struggle with this. But about a week later, my friend was at my house and then told my mom I had a panic attack at school, and the school did nothing about it. So my mom got angry and then started yelling at the people in the office. And I dont know what happened afterward.
