🍒Pudding recipe (4 portions)
・Water 20g
・Granulated sugar 40g
・Milk 180g
・Fresh cream 20g
・Vanilla oil (appropriate amount)
・2 eggs
・Sugar 28g
①Put granulated sugar and 10g of water in a pot and heat.
② Shake the pot from time to time until it turns brown, then turn off the heat and add 10g of water all at once.
③While the caramel is hot, pour it into the pudding cup.
④Put milk, fresh cream, and vanilla oil in a pot and heat until just before boiling.
⑤Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
⑥ Add the warmed milk in several portions and mix each time.
⑦Filter with a strainer or tea strainer
⑧Pour into pudding cup
⑨ Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 150℃.
⑩Once it has cooled down, cool it thoroughly in the refrigerator and it's done.
