the way the pool thing is being described reminds me of how online play was handled in a hat in time… basically in ahit if you had the dlc for it there was this machine in the hub world where if you interacted with it you could input a phrase that would put you into a server or something with other people that input that phrase … “peck” and “12345” were ones i used pretty frequently back in the day

IM SO HAPPY FOR ROOM CODES!!! Us content creators will no longer have to spend 9 billion hours trying to add everyone

If I am being honest. I don’t think room codes should’ve been an update. It’s literally the bare minimum and so easy to do and should’ve been there since Splatoon 1.

Why im saying is we can use hashtags and not friend codes to play private battles, this can be useful during tournaments!
