These are the times Jin is so awkward and doesnt have enough confidence. he's even trying to fit with the other 's craziness he looks so shy telling about his audition and how the judges didn't like it. maybe he still in the process of learning and just the visual of the group. but after many hard work Kim Seokjin have an overflowing confidence. his vocals and dancing skills improved so much .

I think Jin being timid back then has something to do with his own upbringing. I remember him saying that his mom disciplines him well and even has a few rules with regards to what they eat. As to his self-confidence, he is after all the only one without any music/dance background so he thinks he has nothing to offer for the group aside from his visuals. That’s why it really tugs my heart how confident he finally is now as compared to here 🥺 He’s come a long way and I hope he knows how much he has developed. Truly deserving to be an Idol ♥️

He said that during his first years after debut he wasn't acting like himself, stood out and it was almost like a mask for him to hide his depression. I know from personal experience that the people who look the happiest might be dealing with a lot of their backs and are almost trying to brush it off.

And in conclusion: JungKook can't help singing J-Hope can't help dancing Jimin can't help laughing Suga can't help keeping the beat V can't help being sad RM can't help rapping Jin wasn't that self-confident always.

V has his deep and soothing voice from the very start! baby face but manly voice🥺💜
