In my experience only using Neil Med fine mist wound wash spray 3-4 times a day and don’t touch it worked for me. Using the soap and q-tip could actually be irritating it.

Three technically isn't crazy, but it is generally the threshold for your body to heal each piercing healthily.

I felt a sharp pain. But I will say it was a 5 out 10 on the pain scale. I just got it today. So happy with it it’s so cute.

I wonder is the bar too short. It should’ve been longer due to swelling. This is over a year ago, wondering how’s the piercing now. My rook piercing didn’t hurt at all but just a lil pressure. My bar is longer. As of today, 8 months later, it’s completely healed. My double helix took an entire year to heal.

Yes I feel ya girl. I got my rook piercing back in December and it was a 2 for me too. It was a breeze.

Same here. Just pressure during the piercing and then INTENSE swelling, throbbing, and pain about five days later. Even despite not touching it, washing it, and taking care of it.

I'm gettin a rook soon and in scared lol I wanna real rate on how it hurts

I got my rook pierced a week ago and it’s really inflamed. Any tips on how I can lessen the swelling? Pain’s bearable for me. Thank you so much ☺️

Try not to sleep on the side it is on , take ibuprofen for swelling , and icing it may help

@@dangggdestiny how long did it totally take to heal? How long did you take to change the initial jewelry? Did you get any piercing bumps? Do you change your jewelry out yourself now that it’s healed or do you go to the shops?
