How did you add the fans if the roof is non-insulated? My contractor said it won’t be possible to add fans without a fan beam!

The fan beam is hidden, but it is there.

NOT SkyLift. SkyLift goes THROUGH the roof, these brackets are ON the roof.

Good question lol. I bet you could support the beam with some 2x4s and remove them just to get them out of the way.

You could remove a bracket and replace shingles one at a time..
