Roof Hustlers: Ep. 38 "The Proper Hurricane Mentality"
I had the opportunity to work Hurricane Ian a month after its devastation, while working these neighborhoods and helping these homeowners i began to gather some valuable information that i thought would be helpful for all my hustlers still out there working that storm. I have 6 tips on how you can be more effective working these storms.\
1. Just cause they called dont mean its closed
2. Knocking doors will eliminate the competition
3. Understand and know the process(Be the expert)
4. SHOW UP(Keep your word)
5. Be empathetic
6. Use repairs to get refferals

What’s your opinion on knocking other peoples signs? I try to avoid it but lost a deal this weekend to someone who apparently doesn’t care as much…
