RONNIE JAMES DIO & ERIC BLAIR talk Love ,Peace & American Idol

Музыка

Hi my name is Steven I am in charge of editing archive footage for The Blairing Out Show. Eric did this interview in 2008 I came across this damage and still lost master edit footage today and re mastered it for the 10th anniversary of Ronnie's passing as a tribute to the late great Ronnie James Dio

Ronnie fibbed... he loved meeting people after a show... chatting, signing, get pictures. EVERY night. Told limos to go away, to journos to wait or go away. Nothing was more important to Ronnie than his fans. And he'd do anything for them. I know of which I speak.

This man, I heard him sing and instantly felt connected and attracted to his music. He commanded the stage and his concept. Then I heard him speak in interviews and my admiration went up through the roof. He doesn't give a second thought to what he says, his integrity and convictions are firm, he talks with so much confidence, intelligence, honesty and wisdom.

Love the interviews you did with Ronnie. He did get a bit testy about meeting the fans, or having to sign autographs. I have always heard he was very gracious with his fans, so maybe he was just having a hard time when you did this interview? I wonder if he already had cancer at the time of this interview? Sucks he is gone. Really love the Rainbow, Sabbath and Dio solo albums. Ronnie is my second favorite rock/metal singer, right behind Freddie Mercury. Thanks for the video. Oh, and Ronnie's comment about social media was ahead of its time as 2016 to 2020 has been the "Operation Barbarossa" of the post-modern age; scorched earth and ugly to the max!

Aks, nukilar, febuary, ''you're'' instead of ''your'', 'your' instead of ''you're'', using apostrophes when not needed, not using apostrophes when needed... list goes ''on and on and on...'' Had Ronnie lived long enough to get the daily dose of grammar and spelling butchery we get from nearly every FB post from people who never read a single book and learned their language from their millennial online peers or phonetically, just guessing how to spell from verbal language... He would have probably made a song about it, haha.
