how old are you? im 16 and im so mad i was born late for dissection and Dio. Especially For dissection since i love Black Metal so much. i was a little kid in 2006 when Jon Killed himself. man i wish little frank knew Metal way before. Dio was/is truly one of the cornerstones in rock and metal. . and died knowing he made an impact in our music as we know it today, thus, dying in the name of metal. His heart was in his rock! . this has to be the best version of this song I've heard yet. somehow i find dios songs even better live then the recorded album versions. this is rare for me. he just had a real voice and a real talent and a lot of vocalists these days distort the hell out of their voices in the recording to where you can't even recognise their voices live. it's a shame. anyway r.i.p. This was the song that made me a fan of Dio outside of Rainbow. I began listening to Rainbow around 1988 as a kid of just 12 years old and was hooked. It would be many years later that I listened to Dio's albums and this song was the first song and clincher. Dio forever \m/

Anytime I hear RJD he just makes me happy and I can't feel anything but pure joy. This man was not only an incredible singer but a beautiful person inside and out he might have been on the smaller side but his voice could reach mountains. R.I.P. R.J.D. and to believe he was once in a boy band in 1957 Vegas Kings and evolved into one of the most powerful voices in rock history.
