maybe for LA, but even then it's hard. LA was killed, Rondo brutally murdered a cab driver and then went on social media to brag about it. 2 years later and they still haven't linked the cab driver to be affiliated with any gangs. Some of these kids are talented, but they need help. Killing people and guns aren't as cool as they think it is.
