Around the end of 2019, me and a colleague were working at a factory far from home. We had to work late for like a week to finish an installation. With working late I mean, 18 + hours of work a day with about 3 hours of sleep. The one day we didn't have anything to eat, there just wasn't time and the closest shops was about an hours drive. A couple of guys from another company was done with their job and went back home. A few hours later they returned to us and got some KFC for me and my colleague. We didn't ask them for anything and they went out of their way to get us some food. To this day, I am still thankful for that small bit of kindness from those guys. You truly never forget when someone helps you out when you are tired and hungry.
