Don't get carried away with Bailly. He has a rash tackle or pressing movement in him that can very easily leave us either a goal down or a man down. He's also not that great on the ball, passing, and his tactical awareness is lacking because he relies on his speed and aggression rather than his brain. Add to that, the fact he is never fit for extended periods so you cant trust him to be consistent. Bailly needs selling, not for us to build our defence around.

Don’t know what’s holding up Ole to make changes. It would be hard to believe he can’t see where is the weakest link or weak points, as it’s so obvious that everyone else sees it.
