I wouldn't say killed his career, but it definitely shortened it. He could've been as good as he was in 2006 up until 2010/11 if he took care of himself properly. I don't think he regrets anything though lol

At least they reach the potential that everyone expected of them and I know they are proud of their career. Just sad because Ronaldinho started to party too much and Kaká was plagged by injuries at Real Madrid, but they still manage to give us chills in their playing time
