This can be a good con-game going forward ... A lawyer colludes with Judges and shaft companies of Billions, then make their own deal on the side. 5.6Billion/ 100Million an hour our for doing basically nothing?! ... This is the kind of thing that would attract all sorts of bad actors. The judicial system better be conscious of what they are doing.

This is not up to people in the street, this is aprivate company in the usa not china. Elon needs to pay now, imediately.

The shareholders approved the pay package in 2018. Everyone laughed at the metrics required to reap the rewards of the contract. Elon exceeds the metrics and people wonder why he's pissed he's not getting paid when a court voids the contract? This is ridiculous. Pay the man what he's owed.

Tesla is Elon. Based on sales n revenue, it doesn't worth that much. That is also a key risk for investor.

I think Elon knows millions of people from stock investors to employees and many other believe in Elon, will not let all of these people and his own vision down by a negative vote this time. There will be other possibilities going forward. Patience and resolve are required, but that is nothing new for Elon.

These newsroom talking heads are all talk. Elon Musk is on a different level to all of us - full stop!

I'm not sure what's his actual plan is but for sure he'd be making human life much better in future. I'm thinking the strategy implementation would be Tesla FSD could use advance XAi for improvement and combine with Starlink directly to each Tesla on the road could improve it even better. Now if Elon would come out with TeslaLink network adapter to be installed on every electric poles or independent pole powered by solar and small turbine through out America then FSD could happen even faster than current rate. With kind of safe technology and ecosystem then subscription would make sense and Tesla owners can have direct internet connection in each Tesla but not shareable to other devices. Of course Elon and crews need to built a very solid and bulletproof system that's not easily hackable.

Obviously Elon's efforts are being stifled by many industry titans. Time to pay the man what he's earned.

I sure hope Elon gets it. He really deserves it and he pulled off incredible feat with Tesla. Unfortunately, there are probably many shareholders who are at a loss and don’t have long enough time horizon so they are bitter. Not his fault.
