I would 100% of the tine rate RotR as S tier. 9 playable factions with each of their own unique rosters and faction mechanics. Unit stats are balanced differently from GC to reflect the warfare of the time. All these give so much refreshing experience that I would call it a perfect DLC of all. My only complaint is they could have added new units to GC Etruscan League and made it playable

I think that the Wrath of Sparta DLC is good but the only minus is the lack of unique units so every time i play wrath of sparta i play it whith a mod.

Yes exactly, they needed to add some more diversity at the roster maybe even factions , put some weaker factions even of the area. The map is ok but the factions and battles becoming boring cause all are same…..

As I have had a Greek history course, I might say that I wasn't upset of WoS's roster. I find it pretty accurate. The main unit was hoplite phalanx, and it wasn't really before the first part of the IVth century that the "actual rosters" resembled that of Rome II's Grand Campaign. The first new units of what was a military revolution were only mercenaries. Therefore, CA intended us to play this DLC while relying upon mercenaries to add diversity in our stacks One of the first manifestation of the shifting military art was the battle of Sphacteria, in 425 AD

I bought Wrath of Sparta DLC because the Divide et Impera mod replaces it with a custom campaign called Macedonian Wars.

Well when it comes to trailers Hannibal at the Gates had the best one by far.

I've had this game forever, but never bought more than the Blood and Greek states. I was considering buying some more for it lately because I have a huge urge to play the game, again. However, this really helps me decide which ones I want.. if any at all. I always knew I wanted The Gaul one, that's about all I knew.. And, that's just because I love that whole era with Caesar in Gaul.. Hahaha. So, even after all this time later. This video is still helpful. Thanks a lot for the upload, dawg. I appreciate it.

I hate how Syracuse and Athens rosters are the EXACT same. You could spend 8 dollars on a faction identical to one thats much more. Though, the campaign makes up for the lackluster Syracuse roster, alongside with the Iberian factions.

For caesars campaign, you can have a big advantage if you create an roman army and save it for your multiplayer battles and import it. You will have a massive advantage because you will be able to bring a full e an legionaries army

no i dont like the tier list, i think the greece culture pack is way way too high and rise of the republic and empire divided are little low. evertyhting else is fine imo. love your content

If you just save an army for example empire divided in a custom battle and load it into a multiplayer battle you can play any faction

I am a bit late but i can play multuplayer with athens sparta and epirus... but the problem is that in my roster i don't have the mercenary samnite wariors and i don't know why

WoS may not be good in videogame terms. but its been my favorite solely for the setting.

did you use any mod on the roman troops ? because they more good looking than mine,idk,more clean etc..

Well, Blood and Gore is a joke DLC, it is just there for CA to farm money, mods that added blood existed but CA removed them. I wouldn't judge personally a DLC based on what kind of overpowered factions you get for multiplayer like Boii or Galatia, but instead based on the content you actually receive for your money. Personally, I hate the DK DLC because of how completely unhistorical it is

Hi. I have a problem with my rome 2 total war. When i try to join an online battle it says that my mod differs from the others. Is literally doing this with all the other players. "hosts game version differs from yours" .. i have the emperor edition activated with a product key but i don’t have all the mods like caesar in gaul for example… and doesn't let me join any battle. Please help.

Boiotia in WoS DLC is Thebes. In the rest of the DLCs having Thebes in would not fit historically as Thebes was destroyed by Alexander the Great and never rose to power again and all the other DLCs are after Alexander.
