    I enjoyed staying for several nights at Romantikhotel lines of hotels in a couple of different locations in Switzerland: Weggis and Wengen. The hotel staff were polite and welcoming, the view was outstanding, and the landscaping around the hotel really complemented the surrounding scenic beauty. There are likely more modern or more affordable hotels around, but this had old-world charm.
