Haha this is one of the best reactions I've seen yo this song. The lead singers name is Axel Rose and he was a heartthrob back in the 90s. The guy with the black hairs name is Slash and not only is he one of the best technical guitarists of all time he is the king of swag, the sultan of cool. Noone is like... why is slash smoking in church because everyone knows that Slash is so cool he can smoke anywhere at any time. The video is based off a short story in which the girl catches him cheating and even though he apologizes she kills herself. The wedding in the video is a dream of what could have been but only the funeral is real.

Guns N’ Roses was the first band I was ever a fan of, and they started out in a way more basic, hard-rocking style. But by the time of this album, they had expanded to write these long, intricate and epic songs.

My all time favourite song from them.❤

To answer your question "How she die?" The way I interpret it, is she took her own life with a g u n and the left side of her beautiful face was left heavily damaged. Go back, find the video, and pause at the point where it closely shows the open casket. You will see it is a double mirror casket. I don't understand the physics of it, but with the double mirror, when you look from the front, you will get the image of a complete face because the right side of her face gets reflected onto the mirror that goes lengthways down the center of her torso, so you only see a perfectly displayed image of her. Go back, and look carefully at the open casket. I've never seen a coffin like this, but apparently, it really is a thing.

I don’t know this for a fact, but I think the woman is a metaphor for the band. The singer and the guitarist did not get along in real life. I think the woman dying represents the band. THe band did break up soon after this album. They got back together and then broke up again for many years. They recently reunited. Anyway that is just my take and the history might be a little bit off, but I think the tension over the woman was a metaphor for the band. That is why it seems like there is something missing. But there isn’t. Always enjoy your reactions!

The story says... she killed herself... This is what I've been told

So, what's happening here is actually part 2 in a music video trilogy (Don't Cry & Estranged are the other two). The trilogy itself catalogues the harsh realizations and unsettling truths Axl is being forced to confront about himself and his own troubled psyche- seriously, the dude's a f***ing psycho in real life! Anyhoo, in this one he's experiencing a recurring nightmare of all of his relationships ending inevitably in disaster or tragedy. Therefore there's no point in pursuing one. Here, he's discovering his fear of commitment and intimacy. He assumes everyone is destined to leave him anyway no matter what, so he avoids relationships altogether now. Choosing to bury himself in his music instead, the way he's always done. Furthermore, just like he's always done, it's always only ever resulted in him going to bed alone each night with no one there for him; ritually sedating himself with alcohol and prescription narcotics each night just to go to sleep and rest comfortably. This is why the lyrics start repeating "Don't you think that you need somebody? Everybody needs somebody." That's his subconscious trying to remind him in his sleep that there's a still a significant aspect of his life that is lacking and leaving him unfulfilled. This entire video is his own mind trying to alert him to the inevitable loneliness and misery awaiting him on the other side of fame if he continues to only indulge in meaningless sex with groupies to fill this hole in his life instead of pursuing real intimacy in a loving relationship.
