I am currently leading a womens bible study and we are on Romans chapter 2. This was such good insight. I look forward to sharing with the ladies the wisdom I've gained through watching this study. I love bible study. I love Jesus! I thank all of you gentlemen! Please pray for the women that attend the study as well as myself as I seek to lead them into a deeper more intimate relationship with Jesus.

45:09 Those who have never heard. It has to be confusing for all those people who follow other religions. When they die, they will see Jesus and be judged by God. That must be confusing to those that believe in another religion.

As much as I love Dr Lawson's teaching, and I love it very very much, at the 40 minute mark he says Adams sin was charged to every human. That is not the case. Death was past unto all men, not sin. I hold too many calvinist beliefs with the exception of this one because the scripture does not teach that Adam sin was passed unto all men it, not sin

Death and sin are not mutually exclusive, because the wages of sin is death, and we all die because we all sin. Jesus is the propitiation for our sin because of His perfect sinlessness, and there are none that meet God's standard of sinless perfection save Jesus. Adam's sin not only brought death to all humanity but also brought a sin nature as "sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned." Romans 5:12.

Acts 4:10-12 [12] Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Philippians 2:10-11 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 1 Cor. 13:5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it KEEPS NO RECORDS OF WRONGS. Rev. 20:11-12 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

@@AnimeSimp888 Jesuus is the only judge, the only standard of righteousness. We will be judge by this. We are at His Mercy alone when we stand in judgment in His White Throne. Mercy overides justice. The Ark of the Covenant will be present on Judgment Day as the Testimony of God's faithfullness on His Covenant with His Chosen People. There is the Mercy Seat of Christ in the Ark of the Covenant. Let us hope that Christ will extend Mercy for our love ones who had not come to the saving knowledge and faith in Jesus when they died.

@@roderickcruz5234impossible my friend. The Bible makes it clear that those who didn’t put faith in Christ will burn in the second death. This is right for God to do. Man rejects god so they must be punished. Christ makes it very clear that there is a day coming when he will say “I never knew you, depart from me, you lawbreakers”

Since your behavior reflects your salvation then the Prodigal, the whole time he was doing his prodigal thing, was not saved (was not a son). I thought the prodigal son never stopped being a son even when he was prodigal-ing. According to this teaching he was not actually a son (saved).

@LoisReed. At 36:50. What will be on trial goes deeper than their actions. . . it is their hidden thoughts, their selfish-ambitions, it is revenge, it is anger, it is their HATRED. It is not just their behavior, it is their attitude of heart and mental aspect. Compare the mandate for Romans 10:9-10 (belief and confession) with Luke 6:45, "Out of the Abundance of the Heart the Mouth Speaks."
