Please what do I do about the part where I’m asked to upload Romania Language Proof. This is what they are asking for: You need an official certification of Romanian language skills (minimum B1 level or a diploma attesting minimum 4 consecutive years of studying in Romanian or a Certificate of completion of the Preparatory Year).

You will need to upload IELTS or document showing that your course was taught in English.

Most people there speak English.

If you already have a work permit certificate, does that means you wouldn't be rejected visa? Or do you have automatic visa?

@@Lunchclubb my doubt is, all my colleagues were issue a visa and I am the only one who was asked for payslip and bank statement in my name. Secondly, I have a work contract document and accommodation contract agreement and I have already secured a job there. Though, I showed it to them that I am working because I submitted my appointment letter, civil service confirmation letter and my educational certificates.

Can I apply for both work and study to increase my chances

Who gave you a work permit certificate? If you have not been offered a job and an agent gave it to you , it is likely going to be a scam .
