Hi! Both are good but I find myself using Bare Water more. It's easier to blend and build since you can apply sheer and add more coverage smoothly. Romand's is pigmented at first and takes more time to blend. Hope this helps!

I recommend Rom&nd's Bare Water Cushion. It's sheer but breathable and moisturizing for dry skin. You do have to keep it flat otherwise it may spill. Hope this helps!
