Must be a professional, got that lock ring off of the valve with out cursing 🤣. Wonder why they make these faucets out of the most corrodable metal you can think of? Getting ready to partake in this fun myself

Mine is hard copper tubing, nuts, and sauder connections... I wanted to upgrade, but nope. It ain't broke, so I ain't "modernizing it".

I have a cold water knob collar made of plastic that just wont come off! soaked it in CLR for a few days... still wont come off. No caulking underneath :( Should I just use my oscillating saw on it?

What kind of tool did you use to tighten the little handle screws with?

Allen wrench. Probably 3/16ths.

That is not an easy fix
