Really really good trick tip. Talked about it from most every angle, how to build up to it properly, where the trick is easiest/most challenging, why it's a good one to learn - all of this helps. Dude has a really good character to him too. Some trick tip folks want to act like it's easy, or they're the shit, and just use it to show they can do the trick, while give you the most surface level analysis of the trick, shit anyone could see from a mile away with absolutely zero insight. All of that is adjacent to trash. World needs more dedicated trick tips of this quality and this level of coverage 👌

That's funny. I learned frontside 360s before I could kickflip. Only thing I might add to this great tutorial is that when he's talking about "opening up your shoulders ", what you probably need to focus on ia your head. The body always follows the head. Whethe you are learning frontside or backside 360s, learn how to look over your shoulder in the direction you are spinning. This will help immensely. I got this tip from a Transworld trick tips by Frank Hirata in 1997 when I was learning front 360s and couldn't get it around. Literally landed my first one off a 2 stair ledge the same day. Body follows the head.

Look for the landing. Good tip. I don’t think I was doing that. I was concentrating on the rotation.

best things i’ve learned doing them is its the same foot positioning as impossibles & same scoop just instead of the board wrapping vertically it kinda does a sideways impossible while sticking to ur back foot. oh and unwinding to where ur heads already done pretty much a bs 180 before u pop makes it alot easier to get the full 360

I do it both ways scoop and pop but when u pop it’s like a back 180 but ur head is already turned looking backwards basically so once ur in 180 mode ur hips and body will spin for u but most important part u definitely left out which is 75 percent of the trick KEEP THAT HEAD TURNED BEFORE U POP OR SCOOP trust me biggest difference
