I am glad too. Thanks as always for watching!
Love these videos! 3 weeks into practicing this art and love every bit of it! Attended my first open mat session today going to be honest without these videos I probably would’ve had a much more difficult time with positioning. Thank you 🙏🏽

Great videos!! I am curious what age did you start doing BJJ, and what is your training routine like when you are not preparing for a competition?

Thank you! I started when I was 36. I train 3-4 days a week. Believe it or not I don’t compete.
At least it’s not called a Buffalo Bob choke!

Or Buffalo Bill.
I love the way you describe everything in the video. I'd love to roll with you unfortunately I'm from Mexico, btw where are you from? I'm trying to learn attacks from the guard, due to my training parterns most of them are 17 - 20 years old so they have a lot of energy so i always try to put them in my guard instead of trying to take them down, do you think I'm doing the correct thing? Attack from the guard to avoid wresting and trying to take down, I'm 35 years old.

I would suggest pulling guard and look to sweep! 100% safer than take downs and guard passing. I am in New York. Respect
