I just had to subscribe to your channel, this is awesome. I've never learned so much in so short a space of time; this is my 4th day on after effects. Fortunately, I've been editing regularly on Premiere Pro, so the learning curve was kind to me, and since my kids are putting on a music festival next year and they asked me to produce a promo video, I was forced to up my game considerably. Once I got my head around that it's layers within layers, I was sound. Thankyou so much!! The difference between you and all the rest, is that you are straight to the point, in half the time and without cutting corners.

Unfortunately it will need adjustments every time you change the text, it can't be done procedurally

Hey there great video. I have a doubt. My logo has two layers of text. So when I use crop comp, the rolling effect doesn't look nice as there's too much space. Is there any way we can use multiple crop comps or how do we go about getting this effect with logos that have two or three layers of text? For example, you can look at my page logo in the thumbnail. try creating separate compositions for next line of the text and then making the rolling effect for each composition, this works for me

Export as h.264 with bitrate set to vbr. You nost likely did quicktime with a very high bitrate

There is probably a duplicate layer with the same mask so when you adjust a value in the offset, the layer below starts to show, make sure there are no duplicates and there is a mask for each letter

Help! The CC Jaws effect is messing with my background, instead of it being the same bg color it is white! is there any way to fix/change that

bro tell me a thing when i put offset plugin and add keyframes, the word replacement in not happening, means when i put offset effect the word change its y-axis position and after changing the y-axis position the next word is not coming, i repeated the tutorials 2 times but it is still happening.. please tell me what mistake i did..

With this particular method you can only do it with the same letters, meaning that only 1 word at a time. To roll different letters you would need to manually type them in a vertical order and animate their position
