My dad was also deadly ill at 80 died 2 or 3 weeks after his birthday. i put up a lot from him. i know how that is. it;s amazing about Keith Richards. 80 years old and still. touring strong.

I assume your father didn't live the life of a millionaire rock star. He was probably not a musician either, because it is said that music keeps you young. And don't forget the energy that flows from these cheering crowds to stages around the world. After all, the Stones have been doing exactly what they enjoy most for decades.

Fun fact. Legend tells that Bill Gates paid something like $14 million to the Rolling Stones to use their song “Start Me Up” in the very first Microsoft television commercial. So it's fitting that they start their show with it.

There was too much time between sets so it was impractical to record both of them in the same video. With rare exception I record opening acts as a separate file.
