Misroll. I may be wrong but this seems like a rod mill. Large steel billets goes in and heated red hot and then pushed through rollers to thinner circular rods. Theres hundreds of meters of machines in a straight line before the rods are properly shaped and sized before it gets packed for delivery. This is how rebar and other thinner rods are made. Once in a while, things go wrong and red hot streams of steel gets vomited out of the machines. Its can be dangerous. Just google for rolling mill misroll accident. People can be hit by these things. Even more dangerous when its rolled thin because as the steel is compressed thinner, it has to expand forwards. So its faster and probably can impale people

熱軋機，製作圓棒鋼，鋼筋的製程，進入下一個滾輪的導口鬆脫了，所以亂噴，重新固定導口，切除熱鋼筋大約花半小時，重新生產！
