One of the best parts about building model cars, is getting to go out and do what I like to call, "research". I spend hours researching at car shows, carefully looking at all of the details of each car, interiors, paint jobs, engines, all the little things that really bring the whole picture together. Luckily, I live in an area that gets some amazing shows, big and small! This was a small car show hosted by a local car club that was a lot of fun to check out.
So much appreciation to everyone who came out and allowed me to get some footage of their cars. I had intended to get this video up yesterday, but really wanted to take the time and make sure these beauties got the attention they deserved in editing, so my apologies to everyone who has been waiting to see their car in a video.
Looking forward to the Good Guys show this 4th of July weekend and be on the lookout for another car show video soon!

Thank you, and you're welcome. We just wanted people to see the sights and sounds as they were.

We have car shows like that in my area as well. I think it's better than going to a commercial venue and paying 30 or 40 bucks. At shows t like that one, you get to meet the owners and builders of the cars.

I like them both. Good Guys is in Des Moines right now, and I just got back. After spending most of the day there, I've barely scratched the surface. That is just in viewing and videotaping the cars. With the small shows, one gets to learn about the history and construction of the cars, while often making new friends. Thanks for your comment.
