In this episode with @sidje_yb Professional Roller Skating & Fit Teacher will teach us a beginner core / ab workout routine on your CHAYA SKATES that you can use to complement your skating day.
The training consists of 4 Exercise, The 4 Exercise are performed 3 times with 10 repetitions in each exercise:
first 5 minute warm-up !
let's start!
Exercise 1 :
10 reps Mountain climbers x 3 times
Exercise 2 :
10 V crunch (knees to chest) x 3 times
Exercise 3:
10 Bent-Leg Raise x 3 times
Exercise 4:
10 Plank Leg Raise x 3 times

    WHY do these not come in a U.S. mens 12? Hell, hardly any of your skates do. I would have at least 5 pair buy now. UGH 😩
