*Those are both fake watches.* *There is not such thing as a cheaper version or top quality Rolex.* *Either real or fake and those are both fake.*

That simply isn't true, if (for example) one is 904L steel, sapphire crystal, serviced and regulated 3135 clone mech +/- 3 seconds a day, waterproof tested and would take an expert with a loop and the gen to spot it's a fake. And the other is 316L stainless, generic Asian movement @21600 bph, +/-30 seconds a day, no quick change date, not sapphire and looks and feel like it was £80 in Turkey then one is easily worth $500 and the other will struggle to sell for $100.
