I own 5 Subs, a vintage single red 1680, an 116610, an 114060, a 124060 and a DHGate sh*tter. The only one where everything lines up perfectly is the 80 quid rep. All 3 gen ceramic Subs have rehaut alignment issues. Also when I purchased the 116610 brand new from an AD it had a fibre on the date wheel and had to go to a service centre for removal. For me personally I think the 11 series Subs wear bigger than the 12 series. The chunky maxi/super case gives it more wrist presence.

Many congrats on the collection and thank you for the insight. It's surprising that Rolex is still having misalignment issues with the rehaut. Then again every brand has its misfortunes, regardless of price or its legacy, within the brand. In reference to wearability, the previous Submariner 116610, does look bigger due the maxi/super case, yet it wears smaller for me due the smaller braclet when compared to the 41mm Sub. That said, it's all personal prerfence and you can't wrong with any of the previous or the current models of Sub. Simply one of the best daily wears, in my opinion. Enjoy the collection.... Cheers

Yes the no date versions have more QC bezel issues. 1. The No date bezels has more of a brownish tinge to the numbers in sunlight 2. The bezel is placed on the dial too far to the left 3. The lume pip does not align with the teeth on the bezel 4. The bezel is less flush with the crystal Overall the bezel is not right on the no date version

I got mine from an AD. My bezel is misaligned. Same, slightly left. I thought I was crazy. I don’t have plans on bringing it back.

Many congrats and thanks for the heads up! Agreed, I thought I was seeing things at first. Nonetheless it's nothing worth addressing with the AD. Having said that, I couldn't be happier with the 41 Sub. As it's become one of my favorite daily wears in the collection. How's yours coming along?

Well if that misalignment bothers you. You should check the crown on the rehaut in the 12 o’clock position. Mine is a tiny bit misaligned and I can’t unsee it 🤦🏻‍♂️. On the other hand I totally disagree with your perception of measurement of the sub it barely qualifies as 41mm and anyone with a 6inch wrist can pull it off

Appreciate the heads up and I agree the assigned Rolex nomenclature - naming convention (41mm) is a bit off.
